Rabobank is proud to run the Executive Development Program (EDP) for progressive farm owners and operators and the Farm Managers Program (FMP) for future leaders. The programs are specifically designed for primary producers and provide the opportunity for participants to develop business management skills and meet a network of progressive operators from diverse agribusinesses from all corners of Australia and New Zealand.

Educating Leaders in Agriculture

The programs offer the opportunity for primary producers to enhance business management skills while mixing with a group of world class, innovative peers.
